Enkindled Practitioner
Ten Day Training - Jan 2026

If the purpose of our lives is to develop our human qualities and contribute to the betterment of the world then every circumstance — every challenge or obstacle — becomes an opportunity to fulfill that purpose by developing our human qualities and expanding our capacity.

In this course, you are invited into a deep place of connection — between yourself and the source of creation — in a way that is both practical and transformative. You will discover a new relationship with your practice and your clients. The tools and skills you gain will shape your inner posture and way of being, and you will begin applying them from the very first day.

This training is for you if:

  • you are a mental health professional
  • you are a life coach
  • you have a practice in a field related to healing or well-being
  • you feel a deep calling to help others heal and fulfill their potential

One purpose of this training is to find hope in your own circumstances—so you can bring hope to those you serve.

As you move through this journey, you will have advanced your practice in the areas most relevant to your unique circumstances and through the collective experience of the group, in ways you may not have anticipated.

In this dynamic, experiential training, you will:

  • discover the spark of the enkindled practitioner within—and learn how to tend to it
  • gain practical tools you can apply from day one
  • develop the capacity to bring spiritual principles into your healing work
  • deepen your ability to accompany others through a wide range of emotional states
  • learn how to serve as a catalyst—supporting others to find answers within their relationship to the divine
  • strengthen your connection to your own divine source—and begin aligning your life with higher purpose
  • cultivate discernment in human relationships, including the ability to respond from your higher nature
  • learn to distinguish what is within your control, and release what is not
  • find meaning in trauma and hardship—transforming your impact on yourself and others
  • refine communication skills that serve the well-being of all involved

The 10 day Enkindled Practitioner training can be taken as a stand-alone or as the first step in the certification process.

The Certificate Program builds upon the Enkindled Practitioner training, deepening your skills and knowledge to become a fully certified practitioner.

Inspired by universal spiritual teachings and grounded in neuroscience and quantum physics, we use experiential methods to inspire and build capacity for sustained and profound healing and progress.

This program has been designed to provide the time, space, and support structure needed to integrate the learning and development of skillful practice.
Our emphasis is on active, participatory learning—with frequent opportunities for reflection, application, and discovery.

Principles and tools are demonstrated by the facilitator and practiced in dyads or group settings.

Examples include:

  • live demonstration sessions
  • paired practice (as practitioner and client)
  • group debriefs for deepening understanding of tools and principles
  • guided meditations to introduce key ideas
  • silent processing of personal insights
  • group sharing to expand perspective

Recognizing that this training is also a personal healing process, ample space is provided for rest and integration during the in-person week:

  • lunch breaks are 1 hour and 45 minutes
  • evenings (after 5:00 PM) are free for personal time and reflection
  • we strongly recommend not scheduling work related activities during this time

Will participants have to share personal details during the exercises?
No! In this framework, participants will discover the value of not going into story—and learn why and how that supports the healing process.

Participants will gain discernment around what serves the healing process and what may obstruct it.

Just as importantly, we will explore how to create and uphold confidentiality as a foundational pillar of safe and effective healing work.

Saba is a brilliant trainer! Having done training myself for 35+ years, her passion and skill were inspiring and delightful to behold. Her ability to “tune into” the energy of the group and respond with just the right activity, reflection or humor was remarkable. Saba’s genuineness creates the trusting atmosphere that is essential to this type of training.

I have used several of the tools in my practice and as I gain skill, I’m using them with increasing frequency. For those who focus on cognitive processing and discount the importance of feelings, this method can assist them to value feelings as an important source of information.

This training was in the top three experiences that I have had in the past 20 years of programs designed to inspire people to take greater control over their life and I have attended many!

When I was given the information about the Spiritual to Practical coaching program I knew there was something in there that called to me. I love how this coaching model allows the most profound questions to be asked in such a simple manner while allowing the participant time to process at a deeper level. This work stands on its own as it explores the heart and honours whatever shows up, whether it is troubling or enlightening.

As a coach, it brings such joy to see the processing that takes place in people on such a profound level. Nurturing the participant to connect and explore their own heart and soul is the true meaning of service. Healing becomes multi-layered as people arrive at their own solutions on their own terms. The work they do becomes profound and meaningful for them.

Since participating in this work, I have found my own life to be touched on a deeper level. As I further my skills as a coach, I will continue to use these skills in my practice and personal life.
